Does the Hall have a kitchen? - It has a modern well equipped kitchen including Refrigeration, Kettle, Ovens, Bain Maries, Microwaves, Dishwasher etc which allow you to bring in a caterer of your choice or provide catering yourself. Catering facilities have maintained 5 hygiene stars from East Lindsey District Council.
Does the Hall have Chairs and Tables? - Hire of the hall includes the use of 70 comfortable banqueting chairs, 6 Ft and 4Ft banqueting tables. The bar area offers comfortable tables and chairs and also has an outdoor patio area with views across the village.
Does the hall have a bar? - Alvingham Village Community Hall is one of only a few venues with its own licensed bar, operated by Alvingham Village Community Hall CIO. It offers draught beers, a wide range of spirits, wines and soft drinks. Bar rates and information regarding bar hire available upon request.
Does the Hall have facility to play music and/or film? - Also available to hire by separate negotiation are the PA system and an AV Projector and screen.
Does the Hall have a stage? - The hall has a raised stage area, including stage lighting, curtains and ample electrical points
Does the Hall have a car park? - We do have a gravel parking area in front and to the side of the hall – see pictures
Is there WiFi at the hall? - Yes, FREE Broadband WiFi is available inside the hall – see signage for Password
Are there facilities for the those with accessibilty requirements? - The hall is fully accessible by wheelchair users including a large toilet equipped for disabled use.
